Nick Walker

Nick is now guitarist, pianist, and singer in his own band, but to this day maintains his ad hoc 'fifth member' status in The Society. He remains highly appreciated on the rare occasions he suggests something sensible!

Chris Tonnerieux

Ex-drummer/trumpet player from the band's debut album, Chris is absolutely explosive on-stage. Now playing in a hard rock band in Brighton, he has threatened to resume his trumpet role in a future Society cameo. Help!

Serge Tonnerieux

Twin brother of Christophe, Serge plays a loud and aggressive lead guitar, and has ruined the odd show with his live guest slots with the band, as well as playing the brilliant solo on The Dawn of Man studio recording.

Ben Gurney-Smith

The original drummer, who can be heard on Zion and What Have You Got to Gain?, Ben has long retired from the band to become a child psychologist, only returning once to drum at the 1998 'Society reunion concert'.

Emma Caulton

The scary voice of Sonja on the studio recording, Emma sometimes reprises her role for onstage performances, and plays the flute on the soon to be recorded Society song "The Good Admiral".
